Conners team gets the most technically challenging jobs done in the most efficient and technically proficient methods in the industry. I use Mercers team frequently for property management work and I never second guess approving his estimates. The team did an excellent job at getting all of the vines off of my house. I had two trouble spots and we just could not remove them due to the electrical wiring being in the way. Mercer Tree Service made it possible for not only the vines to be cleared but he also went an extra step ahead and sprayed some herbicide on the stumps so they'll die off and removed other brush that was on my back door. The only issue I had (and it's a very slight one) was that we like to sleep a little bit later and have things quiet in the morning a little later and I asked the team if they would mind coming mid-morning instead of early and I was kind of put off by them having to be here because "he likes to start his day early"  as he stated. With me not feeling well that week, it was just a little off-putting considering I was the customer asking for the service and it was my property that he was going to be on. Other than that, they do a tremendous service and I would not have a problem with having them back to do more removals because I know what to expect next time. I contacted Mercers Tree Service , they responded right away. Showed up within 2 days, gave estimate on the spot. Started job the next day. They contacted 811 for electrical lines markings.
